RSAnimate is a great tool for the internet age - I probably never would have read Zisek if it wasn't for a video like this (and I'm copping to my ADD/visual learning tendencies there). I'm still unpacking a lot of what he had to say here, but I think it's worth examining and thinking about. There's a lot to be said about how we assuage our consciences while still broadly participating in a corrupt system.
As always, you're welcome to share your thoughts.
NB: Do not consider my reposting of this as an sort of endorsement of Zisek - I honestly don't know a whole lot about him (though I have heard the name a few times). If you have more information about him and his philosophies, please do share!
